Standard paint booth lifters typically range from 3 to 7 meters. However, this specific project demanded extreme customization due to strict spatial boundary conditions and the sheer size of the workpieces:

Massive Workpiece: The components (including the process skid) measured 12.5m (L) x 2.5m (W) x 3.3m (H).

Spatial Constraints: The internal cabin dimensions were 16m x 6m x 5.3m, with an effective working width of only 5.2m, leaving a tight 400mm installation margin on each side for the lifting mechanism.

Custom Mobility: The client required the platform to not only lift vertically but also feature a unique 300mm horizontal forward-extension to allow operators to get closer to the workpiece safely.
