Core Positioning
Our laboratory anodizing line is developed exclusively for aluminum
alloy process R&D, parameter optimization, small-batch sampling
and technical training. It supports full processes including
conventional anodizing, hard anodizing, micro-arc oxidation,
titanium & zirconium passivation, coloring and sealing. Featuring
precise parameter control, flexible operation and stable sample
quality, it is the ideal choice for enterprise R&D centers,
university material laboratories and professional surface treatment
labs.
Typical Applications
- Process R&D: Test the impacts of current density, temperature, processing time
and chemical formulas on aluminum oxide film, including film
thickness (5-150μm), hardness and corrosion resistance (720-hour
NSS test).
- Sample Production: Manufacture customer samples and standard test pieces in small
batches for performance testing and visual inspection. Single-piece
processing is available.
- Technical Training: Demonstrate the complete anodizing process and electrochemical
principles. We also provide professional operation guidelines and
process manuals.
- Production Transfer: Apply proven laboratory parameters to mass production lines
seamlessly, ensure consistent quality between R&D and volume
production, and reduce trial costs.
Equipment Configuration (Modular Design & Customizable)
Pre-treatment Section
Degreasing → Rinsing → Alkaline Etching → Rinsing → Neutralization
→ Rinsing → Descaling → Deionized Water Rinsing
- Degreasing Tank: Made of PP material, equipped with air agitation and heating
system (40-60℃) to fully remove oil stains and cutting fluid.
- Alkaline Etching Tank: Adopts PVC material with temperature control at 50-70℃, used to
remove natural oxide films and burrs. It is well suited for
die-cast aluminum alloys such as A380 and ADC12.
- Neutralization & Descaling Tanks: Special chemicals neutralize residual alkali and remove silicon
and copper impurities to prevent coating defects.
- Multi-stage Rinsing: Workpieces are cleaned with tap water and deionized water
(conductivity < 30μS/cm) to avoid cross-contamination.
Main Anodizing Section
- Anodizing Tank: Thickened PP/PVC structure with excellent acid and alkali
resistance. Equipped with adjustable cooling system (0-25℃), lead
cathode plates and air agitation.
- High-frequency DC Power Supply: Output range 0-50V / 0-20A with constant voltage and current
control within ±0.1% tolerance. It meets the requirements of
conventional anodizing (5-20μm) and hard anodizing (30-150μm) for
aluminum alloys.
- High-precision Temperature Control: Temperature accuracy reaches ±0.5℃, compatible with sulfuric acid
anodizing, hard anodizing and micro-arc oxidation.
Post-treatment Section
Rinsing → Sealing → Drying → Inspection
- Sealing Tank: Adopts hot water sealing (95-100℃) or chrome-free sealing agents
to improve corrosion resistance, fully compliant with RoHS and
REACH standards.
- Drying Oven: Hot air circulation design. Low temperature mode (<80℃) prevents
thermal cracking of aluminum workpieces; high temperature mode
(100-120℃) is used for sealing agent curing.
- Inspection Station: Equipped with film thickness testers and salt spray chambers for
integrated quality inspection.
Control System (Manual / Semi-automatic Optional)
- Manual Type: Knob control for flexible parameter adjustment, suitable for
formula research and testing.
- Semi-automatic Type: Equipped with PLC and touch screen. It can store up to 50 sets of
process formulas, with automatic timing and temperature linkage
functions to guarantee stable batch quality.
Core Advantages
High Precision & Traceable Data
Current, voltage, temperature and time are digitally displayed and
adjustable. The thickness deviation of oxide film is less than 5%,
and surface roughness Ra < 0.2μm. The equipment automatically
records all process data to realize formula replication and
production transfer, achieving full data traceability.
Dedicated for Aluminum Alloys with Full Process Coverage
Tailored for aluminum alloy processing. It integrates conventional
anodizing, hard anodizing, micro-arc oxidation, chrome-free
passivation, coloring and sealing into one unit.
Compact Size & High Cost Performance
Standard dimension: 1500*800*1200 mm. It occupies little floor
space and fits perfectly in laboratories. The small-capacity tanks
reduce chemical consumption and effectively cut down sampling
costs.
