Rotorless Rheometer Rubber Operating Procedure

Pre-operation preparation:Turn on the equipment power and computer, set the equipment status to "running", and check the connection of the instrument.
Program setting:Double-click the operation icon to enter the system, set test parameters such as temperature, time, and test mode according to the test requirements, and start preheating.
Sample loading and test start:After the temperature is stable, place the rubber sample with release paper in the center of the mold cavity, close the mold cavity, and the test starts automatically.
Data acquisition and processing:After the test is completed, the mold cavity opens automatically, take out the sample, and save or print the test data.
Multi-group test and shutdown:Repeat the above steps for continuous testing. After the work is completed, exit the program and turn off the equipment power.
