Hose Assemblies introduction

DME&JDE supplies a complete line of low, medium and high pressure hydraulic hose assemblies to support a variety of customer fluid applications, including pile machinery, engineering crane, agriculture machinery, port machinery, etc. DME&JDE hose assemblies are designed and manufactured to meet and exceed SAE, ISO, EN and JIS industry standards.

Hose Assemblies Ordering

1.Select proper hoses
Proper hose selection is the first step in hose assembly selection. Right hoses can guarantee the system normal working and extend your transfer system life. When selecting the right hoses, use the acronym SMART (Standard, Media, Application, Reinforcement, Temperature) as you guide.

2.Choose both end fittings
You need to decide what types of end fittings you need to use, including the end fitting thread types, connection types and adaptor structures in light and heavy duty types, which can cover most of the applications and transfer systems. Just tell us your requirements.
3.Measure the assembly length
When measuring for length, hose assemblies are measured from seat to seat not end to end. For flared fittings this means you have to measure from the end of the flare or your hose will be too long.
When the both ends of hose assemblies are straight, or hose assemblies with one end of straight and the other is elbow, you can measure the length according to the following drawings.

4.Measure Hose Fitting Orientation
If your hose assembly has elbows (e.g. 45° or 90°) end fittings at both ends, you will need to specify the orientation of the end fittings. Hose fitting orientation is measured in a clockwise direction. Hold the assembly with the fitting nearest to you pointing down and measure the angle to the other fitting in an anticlockwise direction as indicated in the following diagram.
5.Optional accessories
You can choose the metal or plastic spiral guard and other accessories for further protection.
