1. Material: The mold base is made of S50C / P20 / 45# steel, the cavity is made of mold steel such as P20 / H13 / S136;
2. Processing technology: Turning + Grinding / Threading. The surface is highly smooth, ensuring smooth molding and preventing sticking and tearing during demolding;
3. Applicable product range: Machining internal/external threads with a pitch of 0.5mm and above; supports various plastic materials such as PP, PE, ABS, POM, and PA66;
4. Service life: 500,000 to 1,000,000 times
