Hairline finish is a kind of surface treatment applied to stainless steel and other metals. It creates a subtle, directional, and highly textured finish resembling fine strands of hair.

With the textured finish, hairline finish provides slight grip, enhancing the slip resistance. And the directional grain can minimize scratches, fingerprints and smudges.

By precise calibration of the grit size or the application technique, Vios can customize the finish from coarse to ultra-fine, to satisfy strict mechanical and aesthetic design specifications.
