This IMX662 CMOS Sensor 2MP 1080P HD Image Fixed Focus and Wide Angle M12 MIPI Interface Camera Module adopts high-performance Sony IMX662 sensor with 1920×1080 resolution to capture delicate 1080P high-definition images steadily. Optimized with EFL2.9mm focal length and F2.0 large aperture optics, it achieves an ultra-wide viewing angle of 135° diagonal, 114° horizontal and 61° vertical with distortion controlled below -30%, covering a larger monitoring area per frame to effectively reduce equipment deployment quantity. The module supports native RAW10 and RAW12 data output, retaining complete original image information to facilitate secondary algorithm development and data analysis on NVIDIA embedded platforms. Built with a standard M12×0.5 threaded interface, it allows free replacement of various external lenses to greatly improve structural modification and scene adaptation flexibility. Reinforced with PI and stainless steel FPC structure, it ensures stable physical performance during long-term operation. Powered by 1.8V AVDD and 1.1V DVDD with I2C communication configuration, the module delivers outstanding low-light imaging stability, outperforming ordinary sensors of the same specification and adapting to complex light environment collection scenarios.
