• Gearbox
  Bilateral symmetry gear drive system. Design service life exceeds 72,000 hours. Average torque coefficient is 10.4. Bearings are from SKF (Sweden) and INA (Germany).

• Torque limiter
  Torque limiter imported from Germany.

• Barrels
  Integrated wear-resistant alloy steel liner. The barrel channel is of annular jet type, which is not prone to blockage.

• Screw shaft
  Material of screw elements: W6Cr5Mo4V2. Material of shaft: imported from Finland.

• Heating medium
  Heating rod imported from Germany.

• Machine frame
  High-rigidity whole steel plate welded frame.

• Electrical system
  PLC and instrument control available (user’s choice). Control cabinet and power cabinet are separate; strong and weak electricity are isolated.
