Capabilities and applications
The wire mesh belt shot blasting machine is designed for continuous
surface treatment of thin and collision-prone workpieces, including
die castings, pressure castings, ferrous and non-ferrous castings,
forgings, auto spare parts and welded components, with each
workpiece weighing between 1 kg and 100 kg.
Workpieces are conveyed by a heavy-duty wear-resistant wire mesh
belt equipped with a tension adjustment mechanism. Standard belt
widths are available in four specifications: 600 mm, 800 mm, 1000
mm and 1200 mm.
Thanks to the mesh structure of the conveyor belt, workpieces
receive simultaneous blasting from both top and bottom sides. This
model is commonly configured with 4, 6 or 8 blast turbines to
guarantee uniform cleaning results.
The blasting chamber is lined with wear-resistant manganese steel
plates to effectively shield the main body from abrasive impact and
extend equipment service life.
Fitted with a high-performance cartridge dust collector, the
machine complies with environmental regulations by limiting dust
emissions below 30mg/m³.
We customize key parameters including inlet dimensions, blast wheel
quantity and power, as well as mesh belt width and length to match
your required production capacity and workpiece characteristics.
