How the Automatic Jam Bottle Capping Machine Works?

The machine typically operates through the following steps:

Bottle-fed products are moved from a position to be fed into the capping machine.

Caps are either manually applied to the containers, or using a compatible automated cap feeding device.

Tightening the caps: A mechanism on the spindle, known as a capping mechanism, will hold and turn the caps in order to get the correct amount of tightness.

The container will be transferred to the next step of the process where it will either be labeled, inspected or packed.
