Rogers 4003 (RO4003C) PCB is a high-performance microwave & RF high-frequency circuit board. It is composed of hydrocarbon ceramics filled materials, with a dielectric constant of 3.38 and ultra-low dissipation factor 0.0027 @10GHz. RO4003C belongs to the RO4000 series, compatible with FR-4 lamination process and RO4450F prepreg for multi-layer PCB stacking.
RO4003C material features stable electrical performance and consistent properties. Its electrical performance is close to PTFE boards, while the fabrication process is similar to FR-4. It supports lead-free soldering, with Tg＞280°C, excellent heat resistance and good thermal conductivity. Compared with traditional PTFE microwave substrates, RO4003C provides better thermal stability and oxidation resistance at a more competitive cost.

RO4003C maintains stable mechanical properties, low thermal expansion, and low loss up to 30GHz. It can be simulated by Rogers MWI2018 software before design. This material is widely used for 24GHz traffic monitoring radar, antenna systems, wireless communication, 5G, aerospace and other high-reliability RF & microwave applications. It helps reduce transmission loss, improve antenna gain and boost system performance.
