Mold steel cutting → CNC rough machining → Heat treatment → Fine grinding → Polishing / Hard chrome plating → Trial molding test → Finishing. Each mould will run trial test on melamine press before shipment, to check product surface, dimension and demoulding performance.

Coat mould with anti-rust oil, wrap by waterproof film, packed in solid export wooden case, avoid collision and rust during long sea transportation.

A: Yes. We can carve embossed logo, letters and patterns on mould cavity. The pattern will show on melamine tableware after hot compression.

A: Normally 15-30 working days. Simple single cavity mould takes shorter time; complex multi-cavity mould needs longer period.

A: It depends on steel material and surface treatment. H13 steel with hard chrome plating can reach up to 800,000 shots under proper maintenance.
