wood pulp, with 100% virgin wood pulp as an optional upgrade. This
micro-flute substrate is easy to die-cut, crease and print,
features cost-efficient pricing and stable long-term storage
performance.
Suitable for rigid box inserts, gift boxes, shoe boxes, food
carriers and DIY craft applications. We provide full OEM custom

What is the difference between E-flute and F-flute?
E-flute provides better cushioning performance; F-flute is finer
and flatter, delivers superior printing effect, widely preferred
for high-grade gift and retail packaging. Both options can be
selected according to your end-use.
Can I get custom printed corrugated board?
Yes. The smooth top surface supports offset printing and flexo
printing. Custom color, logo and pattern printing are acceptable
under MOQ requirements.
Are samples available?
Free A4-size samples can be arranged within 1-2 working days.
Shipping cost will be collected on buyer's side.
Can I choose virgin pulp material instead of recycled pulp?
Sure. Both recycled pulp and 100% virgin wood pulp grades are
optional. Virgin pulp version brings better stiffness and cleaner
surface for premium-level projects.

Standard MOQ is 1 ton. For new clients, small trial orders can be
discussed case-by-case.
What is your production lead-time?
Standard production turnaround is 15-20 working days after deposit
confirmation. Lead time varies depending on order volume and
