Covering a torque range of 0.32 N·m up to 550 N·m (customizable), it features quick square‑flange alignment, stable torque output even under continuous 120°C conditions, and automated potting and assembly processes that guarantee exceptional batch‑to‑batch consistency – making it the ideal braking solution for precision motion control systems.
1. Standard Square Hub Mounting for Faster Assembly
The unified square mounting interface enables quick, alignment‑free
installation and perfectly matches mainstream servo motor flanges,
significantly reducing mechanical development and assembly time.
The low‑backlash internal structure ensures ultra‑precise
positioning after brake engagement.
2. Stable Torque at 120°C High Temperature
Equipped with Class F heat‑resistant coils and an optimized
magnetic circuit, the static torque remains stable – with no decay
or drift – under continuous 120°C operating conditions. This makes
it ideal for high‑temperature workshops, enclosed equipment, and
other harsh industrial environments.
3. Fully Automated Potting & Assembly for Unmatched Consistency
Our fully automatic production lines handle coil winding, vacuum
potting, and final assembly, minimizing manual variability. Every
batch delivers consistent resistance, power consumption, and
