Auxiliary System of Oil Drilling Equipment
The auxiliary system provides all-round supporting safeguards for drilling operations, ensuring stable operation of equipment and safe work for personnel, covering supporting needs across the entire scope of operations.
It includes the derrick lighting system, elevated working platforms, monkey board, climbing protection devices, hydraulic and lubrication system, cooling system, fire-fighting system, ventilation and dust-removal system, living/utility power supply system, and auxiliary lifting tools for equipment, among others. Among these, the lubrication system continuously supplies oil to all transmission and rotating equipment to reduce wear; the cooling system dissipates heat for diesel generator sets, hydraulic systems, and electrical equipment to avoid high-temperature failures; and the fire-fighting system is adapted to the high-hazard oil and gas operation scenarios to guard against fire and explosion risks.
