Overall Structure: This is a small, round, black battery holder designed specifically for holding CR2032 series button batteries. It features a horizontal layout with the battery lying flat inside, significantly reducing the overall height, making it perfect for thin and lightweight electronic devices with strict thickness requirements.
Materials and Manufacturing:
Shell: The main body is made of black PBT (polybutylene terephthalate) engineering plastic, which offers excellent heat resistance, chemical resistance, and insulation.
Contacts: The internal metal springs are made of tin-plated manganese steel, providing good electrical conductivity and oxidation resistance to ensure a secure connection with the battery.
Functional Design (Key Features):
Side Push-in Design: One side of the battery holder has an opening, allowing users to easily push the button battery into the slot from the side.
Self-locking/Spring Fixation: There's a special metal spring structure inside that serves as both a conductive contact for the negative or positive pole and uses its elasticity to firmly secure the battery in place, preventing it from falling out due to vibration.
