The left and right jaws move synchronously. Workpieces are automatically centered during clamping. No need to indicate and find the center, saving preliminary setup time.

Bidirectional synchronous clamping applies force evenly on both sides of the workpiece. Stable and rigid during cutting, delivering high dimensional consistency after machining.
3,High Repeat Positioning Accuracy
Adjustable left-right screw travel prevents center offset during clamping. The core motion guide rail is precision ground on a surface grinder. Minimal lifting during clamping and low repeat clamping error ensure stable dimensions for mass production.
4,High Rigid & Secure Clamping
One-piece forged vise body with stress relief and full hardening. No cracking or deformation under clamping load, resisting tool chatter and workpiece ejection during rough and finish machining.
