This 8-station rotary premade pouch packing machine is designed for
high-efficiency filling and sealing of preformed pouches,
eliminating the need for roll stock film and delivering superior
pouch presentation.
The 8-Station Working Principle
The rotary platform indexes through eight sequential stations:
pouch feeding, pouch opening, air flushing, fill station one, fill
station two, pouch stretching, top sealing, and finished pouch
discharge. This continuous rotary motion minimizes idle time and
enables stable operation at speeds up to 50 pouches per minute.
Dual Filling Station Advantage
The dual fill configuration allows two products to be dispensed
simultaneously or the same product to be split across two stations.
This reduces filling time by up to 50% and improves weight accuracy
by allowing each station to handle a portion of the total fill
weight. For products requiring layered fills—such as dry toppings
over a paste base—the dual station architecture enables precise
sequencing.
Pouch Type Versatility
The machine accepts stand-up pouches, three-side seal pouches,
four-side seal pouches, flat pouches, and specialty formats
including spout pouches. Pouch width adjustment is motorized and
can be completed within minutes via the touchscreen interface. The
vacuum cup opening system achieves high open-success rates across
varied pouch materials including laminated film, aluminum foil, and
metallized film.
Clean Operation and Product Protection
Oil-free vacuum pumps prevent environmental contamination. All
product-contact parts are SUS304 stainless steel. The
no-pouch-no-fill-no-seal logic eliminates material waste and pouch
loss. An optional air flushing station displaces oxygen for
extended shelf life in modified atmosphere applications.
Control and Documentation
PLC with 7-inch touchscreen HMI. Real-time display of speed, fill
count, seal temperature, and alarm status. Each machine is
factory-tested before shipment. Delivery includes layout drawings,
utility requirements, spare parts list, and operation manual.
