4.Frame Design
The frame is a critical load-bearing component of the rail transfer cart, and its structural design directly determines the equipment's load-bearing capacity and operational stability. Based on the client's specific material types and weight requirements, an appropriate box-girder structure is adopted to design the main frame, the load-bearing platform, and key load-bearing sections.
During operation, the cart must support not only its own weight but also withstand dynamic loads. Consequently, the design phase must comprehensively account for the rated load capacity, platform dimensions, wheel configuration, and actual operating conditions to ensure the proper integration of all components.
