Features & Applications

• The WLDM-134 is an electromagnetic high-precision weighing module designed for capacities from 30g to 6100g. It offers mg-level resolution, external calibration function, settable module ID, real-time temperature compensation, adjustable stabilization time, and a seven-level anti-vibration filter. Integrated overload protection prevents equipment failure or damage from misoperation. A built-in digital collector and RS232 communication port allow direct connection to PLC and computer systems. The module is mainly used for batching, filling, and production quality control in micro-dispensing metering, medicine, cosmetics, food packaging, and other small package applications.

  This weighing module provides exceptional accuracy with readability starting from 0.01mg for low capacities (30g–100g) and up to 10mg for high capacities (3100g–6100g). Repeatability ranges from ±0.03mg to ±20mg, and linearity from ±0.03mg to ±30mg depending on the model. The electromagnetic force compensation principle ensures stable and reliable measurements, while the real-time temperature compensation maintains accuracy across varying environmental conditions.

  The module features a rugged housing with integrated overload protection. Its RS232 port enables seamless integration with PLCs, indicators, and computers. The seven-level anti-vibration filter and adjustable stabilization time make it suitable for dynamic weighing tasks in production lines. Load Cell Packaging and Shipping

To ensure safe arrival at your location, the load cell will be carefully packaged and shipped. The packing process is as follows:

1. The load cell will be placed in a sturdy cardboard box to protect it from external damage during shipping.
2. The box will be filled with foam padding to provide additional cushioning and prevent the load cell from moving during shipping.
3. The load cell will be sealed in a plastic bag to protect it from moisture and other environmental factors.
4. Additional layers of bubble wrap will be provided for additional protection.
5. The carton is securely taped to prevent tampering.
6. A shipping label with your address and product information is attached to the box.
7. The package is shipped using a reliable and trusted freight carrier.

Once the package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package to avoid any delays or problems.
