parallel on a single frame. Each lane operates independently with
its own pouch pickup, opening, filling, and sealing sequence,
allowing output to scale with lane count rather than machine speed
alone. Typical applications include sachet coffee powder, instant
drink mixes, condiments, and single-serve supplements. The
multi-lane architecture suits processors running long production
runs of a fixed pouch size, where changeover frequency is low and
output consistency matters most. All product-contact parts use
SUS304 stainless steel. PLC control with touchscreen HMI monitors
each lane's fill count and seal status independently, so a fault on
one lane does not stop the others. Delivery includes layout
drawings, utility requirements, and operation manual.
