This plating line is designed for high-volume electroplating production, featuring a robust steel structure, stable transporter movement, accurate positioning, and PLC-based automatic control. The system is engineered for reliable long-term operation and easy maintenance.
Main Line Frame
The main frame is made of A3-type structural steel and coated with
an epoxy protective layer on the external surfaces for improved
corrosion resistance. The coating color can be customized according
to the customer's requirements.
Main Structure
The line structure consists of fixed plates, support columns,
walkways, flat wire, and horizontal adjustment bolts. The overall
structure is designed to provide stable support and convenient
access for operation and maintenance.
Transporter and Transmission System
The transmission system consists of motors, gear reducers, and
mechanisms for vertical and horizontal jig movement. The system
provides stable operation, accurate positioning, convenient
maintenance, and a long service life.
The horizontal movement system uses imported geared brake motors, allowing direct and stable wheel drive.
The transmission mechanism adopts induction-based deceleration and positioning technology for accurate movement control.
An emergency stop system is installed to provide rapid braking when necessary and improve operational safety.
The jig lifting system uses imported geared brake motors, couplings, and high-strength, acid-resistant and aging-resistant belts to achieve reliable vertical movement.
Both horizontal and vertical jig movement speeds are controlled by the PLC and frequency converters. Three speed levels—low, medium, and high—can be configured according to the process requirements.
Multi-speed control helps minimize inertia and swinging when the transporter starts or stops, while providing smooth movement and accurate positioning.
Material Standards
All major structural and electrical components are selected
according to applicable international standards and the technical
requirements of the plating process.
Main Configuration
PLC: Mitsubishi Electric, Japan
Frequency Inverter: Mitsubishi Electric, Japan
Touch Screen: Kunlun Tongtai, China
Proximity and Photoelectric Sensors: Omron, Japan
Contactors and Thermal Relays: Omron, Japan
Control Cabinet: The control cabinet features a structured layout and corrosion-resistant design. Internal wiring is clearly organized, with accurate wire numbering and clearly labeled components. The operation panel uses English labels for convenient operation and maintenance.
Automatic and Manual Operation: The system supports both automatic and manual control modes. In automatic mode, key operating parameters such as workpiece residence time, transporter travel position, and lifting speed can be preset and controlled automatically.
Program Protection: The control system incorporates program interruption, power-failure memory, and recovery functions to facilitate operation after unexpected interruptions.
Safety System: Multiple emergency stop devices are integrated throughout the system to improve operator safety and help prevent equipment damage or accidents.
Application: Designed for electroplating production requiring high output and continuous processing of large quantities of workpieces.
Production Capacity: Suitable for high-volume production with a short cycle time.
Cycle Time: The fastest cycle time can reach approximately 30 seconds per rack, depending on the process configuration and workpiece requirements.
Operation: PLC-based automatic control simplifies operation and helps maintain consistent processing conditions.
Production Efficiency: The optimized transporter system and multi-speed movement control provide stable operation, accurate positioning, and high production efficiency.
Maintenance: The modular transmission and control system facilitates routine inspection, maintenance, and replacement of components.

The Automatic Rotary Vertical Plating Line is designed for
high-volume electroplating production where stable positioning,
repeatable process control and consistent cycle times are required.
The line can be engineered according to the workpiece size, plating
process, production capacity and required process sequence. The
rotary vertical transport system allows the workpieces to move
between different treatment tanks through programmed horizontal and
vertical movements.
Typical applications include hardware components, automotive parts,
electrical components and other metal parts requiring continuous
and repeatable surface finishing.
Before production, our engineering team evaluates the workpiece
dimensions, loading method, plating process, tank arrangement,
cycle time and required production capacity to develop a suitable
line configuration.

Each Automatic Rotary Vertical Plating Line is inspected and tested
before shipment.
Our quality control process includes:
Structural inspection of the main frame and transport system
Checking horizontal and vertical movement accuracy
PLC and inverter control system testing
Sensor and positioning function testing
Emergency stop and safety function testing
Trial operation of automatic and manual modes
Inspection of electrical cabinet wiring and component labeling
Verification of programmed lifting, travelling and positioning sequences
The complete line is checked against the approved technical configuration before delivery to ensure stable operation and reliable positioning during production.

1. What is an automatic rotary vertical plating line?
It is an automated plating system that uses rotary vertical
transport to move workpieces between different process tanks
according to a programmed sequence.
2. What products can be processed on this plating line?
It can be configured for hardware, automotive, electrical and other
industrial components according to the required plating process.
3. Is the plating line fully automatic?
Yes. The system can operate automatically through PLC control and
can also provide manual operation for maintenance and
commissioning.
4. Can the line be customized?
Yes. Tank arrangement, transport configuration, process sequence,
loading capacity and control functions can be customized according
to the production requirements.
5. What control components are used?
The system can use Mitsubishi PLC and inverter components together
with industrial sensors and other electrical control components.
6. How fast can the line operate?
The maximum cycle time can reach approximately 30 seconds per rack
under suitable production conditions. The actual cycle time depends
on the workpiece and process configuration.
