Self-Cleaning Lamella Clarifier with Automatic High-Pressure Flushing System
Brief Description
Designed for wastewater clarification, this Lamella Clarifier combines inclined plate sedimentation with an automatic high-pressure flushing system. Periodic flushing helps remove deposits from inclined plate surfaces and reduce the risk of blockage. A built-in sludge scraper can be used to support bottom sludge removal, while the flushing cycle and equipment configuration can be adapted to project requirements.
Product Overview
The equipment consists of a water distribution zone, inclined plate settling zone, sludge hopper, automatic flushing pipelines and a water collection system. A built-in sludge scraper is included in the specified configuration to convey settled sludge toward the discharge outlet. Automatic flushing is designed to assist in cleaning inclined plate surfaces. An external chemical dosing system can be supplied separately when required.

Working Principle
>1. >Wastewater flows through the distribution zone into the inclined plate settling area.
>2. >Suspended solids settle on the plates and slide down into the sludge hopper.
>3. >The sludge scraper, when configured, conveys settled sludge toward the discharge outlet.
>4. >The automatic flushing system activates according to its control settings to help remove deposits from the plates.
