Flotation cells can be arranged horizontally according to the

Reduced Coarse Sand Settling
The designed pulp circulation helps reduce coarse sand accumulation
and supports more uniform pulp movement inside the flotation cell.
The motor drives the main shaft and impeller through a belt transmission system. The rotating impeller agitates the pulp and creates downward circulation.
Negative pressure generated at the center of the rotating impeller draws atmospheric air through the air suction pipe and center tube. Air, pulp and mineral particles are mixed in the flotation zone.
The gas-solid-liquid mixture is dispersed through the interaction of the impeller and cover plate, forming smaller air bubbles and promoting contact between mineral particles and bubbles. Mineralized bubbles rise to the pulp surface and form flotation froth for subsequent recovery.
