This mechanical flotation machine is designed for mineral processing plants with different flotation capacity requirements. With multiple cell volumes and processing capacities available, the equipment can be selected according to the required capacity, flotation test results and plant flowsheet.

mining and mineral processing plants.
Efficient Pulp Circulation
The impeller creates strong downward pulp circulation, helping keep
mineral particles suspended and promoting contact between pulp,
reagents and air bubbles.
Self-Aspirated Flotation
The rotating impeller generates negative pressure to draw
atmospheric air into the flotation zone without requiring an
external air supply system.
Self-Pulping Design
The flotation cell combines air suction, pulp suction and flotation
functions within the same equipment.
Wide Range of Cell Volumes
Cell volumes from 0.15 to 24 m³ are available to meet different
flotation capacity requirements.
The motor drives the main shaft and impeller through a belt transmission system. The rotating impeller agitates the pulp and creates strong downward circulation.
Negative pressure generated at the center of the impeller draws atmospheric air through the suction pipe and center cylinder. Air and pulp are mixed in the flotation zone, while the rotating components disperse the mixture and break larger bubbles into smaller bubbles.
Mineral particles contact with reagents and air bubbles during the flotation process. Mineralized bubbles rise to the pulp surface and form flotation froth for recovery.
