The iron ore flotation machine is designed for mineral processing and ore dressing of ferrous, non-ferrous and non-metallic minerals. It can be used for iron, gold, silver, lead, zinc, molybdenum and nickel flotation, including roughing, scavenging, selection and reverse flotation.
Available in XCF II and KYF II configurations, the flotation machine provides effective cell volumes from 1 to 160 m³ for different processing capacities.
The motor drives the impeller to agitate the pulp and create a negative-pressure zone for air intake. Air, pulp and flotation reagents are mixed inside the cell to form mineralized bubbles. Valuable particles attach to the bubbles and rise to the surface, where the froth is collected. The remaining pulp continues through the flotation circuit.
Iron ore, gold, silver, lead-zinc, molybdenum, nickel and other mineral flotation applications.
