The Non-Metallic Mineral Flotation Machine is designed for separating valuable non-metallic minerals from gangue through froth flotation. It can be configured according to mineral characteristics, processing capacity and flotation circuit requirements, including roughing, scavenging and cleaning operations. Available cell volumes from 1 m³ to 160 m³ support different mineral processing applications.

Key Features
Working Principle
During operation, the flotation mechanism agitates and circulates the slurry while externally supplied air is dispersed into the flotation cell. Hydrophobic mineral particles attach to air bubbles and rise to the froth layer for separation, while other particles remain in the slurry.
