UVPRO AIR CIRCULATION STERILIZER

The UVPRO AIR CIRCULATION STERILIZER is designed for air hygiene control in food processing plants, central kitchens, cooling rooms and packaging areas.

The built-in fan continuously draws indoor air into an enclosed UV-C chamber. After treatment, the air is circulated back into the room. This enclosed design reduces the risk of direct UV exposure to workers, food ingredients and production equipment.

1. Dual Sterilization Modes

UV-C Air Circulation Mode

The UV-C circulation mode can operate during working hours. Air is continuously drawn into the enclosed chamber, treated with UV-C light and returned to the room, supporting continuous air hygiene management during production.

O₃ Sterilization Mode

After production, the O₃ mode can be activated for whole-room sterilization. Ozone disperses throughout the enclosed space and reaches corners, equipment surfaces and areas with limited airflow.

No personnel may remain in the room while the O₃ mode is operating. After treatment, the room must be fully ventilated and confirmed safe before re-entry.

Can the machine operate while employees are working?

Yes. The enclosed UV-C circulation mode can operate during working hours. The O₃ mode must only be used when no personnel are present.

How is it different from a conventional UV lamp?

A conventional UV lamp directly irradiates the surrounding area and normally requires personnel to leave. The UVPRO AIR CIRCULATION STERILIZER contains the UV-C lamps inside an enclosed chamber and treats the air as it passes through the machine.
