Shanghai Qinuo offers AP Compact setting tool redress kits for seal replacement during tool maintenance. Standard and custom kit contents must match the specific tool revision and parts list. Select each seal compound for the operating fluid and temperature; a kit does not have one universal temperature rating.

AP Compact Kit Identification and Packing Requirements

For an AP Compact setting tool rebuild, supply the tool model, revision and seal parts list with the enquiry. Identify each item by part number, seal position, size and quantity. Similar-looking O-rings should not be interchanged solely by color or outside diameter.
Custom labeling can link individual seal bags to the maintenance parts list. Specify whether components should be packed by seal position or grouped as one complete kit, and identify any requested metal or non-rubber parts separately. Confirm the final contents before ordering; the other tool kits listed above are separate products.
When replacing an existing kit, provide its label and clear component photographs together with dimensions or drawings. Confirm material and hardness for each seal, and the fluids and temperature range it will encounter. Packaging and identification requirements should be agreed alongside the component specification.

These swab cups are used for a variety of swabbing applications including both light and heavy loads, as well as shallow and deep wells
