This high-solubility fluidized bed granulation dryer improves product solubility by granulating powder into porous granules. Mixing, granulation and drying run in one closed vessel, so the powder is charged once and leaves as dry, free-flowing, multi-porous spherical granules ready for the next process step.

The powder is fluidized in a ring and mixed with purified heated air; an atomized binder solution aggregates the particles, and the continuous hot air dries the agglomerates so the binder solidifies, forming uniform, multi-porous spherical particles that dissolve readily.

1. The powdered material is loaded into the raw material container.
2. Purified heated air is introduced, fluidizing the powder in a ring and mixing it with the air.
3. A binder solution is atomized and sprayed into the fluidized bed.
4. Several particles aggregate around the binder into binder-containing agglomerates.
5. The continuous hot air dries the agglomerates, evaporating the moisture and solidifying the binder.
6. The cycle repeats until uniform, multi-porous spherical particles are formed.
