Our hydraulic tee extrusion machine adopts optimized runner and extrusion curve design to control metal flow steadily during forming. The wall thickness of the tee branch and transition zone is well distributed. Finished tees achieve high first-time pass rate in UT, RT and other non-destructive tests.
It supports equal tees and reducing tees, works for carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy steel. Cold extrusion or hot extrusion process can be selected according to your material and inspection standard. Custom dimensions are still available upon request and meet ASME, EN and ISO pressure fitting standards.
