Small-Parcel Dropshipping

A dropshipping operation that protects your brand. We pick up from your supplier or hold the stock in our cloud warehouse, consolidate several supplier items into one parcel, inspect it, and ship direct to your customer in your packaging — never the supplier's.

How it works

• One-piece minimum, 0.1–30 kg per parcel — built for lightweight, high-frequency replenishment
• Send orders by CSV, spreadsheet or API with daily sync
• Supplier pickup or inbound delivery to our warehouse
• Item check with photo report on request
• Blind shipping: no invoices, no Chinese marketing material; free labeling, packing and sorting, branded inserts optional
• Tracking number returned the same day the parcel leaves
• Pay per order — no MOQ and no minimum monthly fee

Channels and delivery speeds (approximate)

• Dedicated lines to the US, Europe, Japan and Southeast Asia: 5–10 days
• International express (DHL / UPS / FedEx): US typically 1–3 days
• UK & EU: 2–7 days on selected channels; Australia 3–5 days
• Economy and postal services: 15–30 days where budget matters
• Battery, cosmetic, liquid and magnetic goods move on designated sensitive-cargo channels after pre-declaration

Actual transit varies by carrier, season and customs. Our Los Angeles, New York, Germany, UK and Japan warehouses hold forward stock and dispatch local orders; they are not return points, so a returned parcel is not taken in or inspected there. The same inventory pool can switch channel order by order when a lane slows down.

FulfillDock by SBT (Shenzhen Shibotong International Logistics Co., Ltd.) is a China-based third-party logistics provider and international freight forwarder. Since 2011 we have helped US and European e-commerce brands turn China’s manufacturing strength into a delivery advantage, running one integrated chain — receiving, warehousing, fulfillment, customs clearance and last-mile delivery — so sellers on Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, eBay and independent storefronts can scale without building logistics themselves.

The scale behind that promise: 24,000 square metres of networked cloud-fulfillment space across three Chinese warehouses — Shenzhen (head office plus a 3,000 m² warehouse), Suzhou (13,000 m²) and Dongguan (8,000 m²) — positioned inside the South China and Yangtze Delta export ecosystems close to both factories and ports, and supported by 20+ domestic receiving hubs across Shenzhen, Dongguan, Zhongshan, Yiwu and Suzhou. Overseas, staffed stations in Los Angeles, New York, Germany, the UK and Japan pair with in-country clearance teams, while long-term partnerships with more than 20 major shipping lines and airlines give us allocated fixed space on the lanes that matter most.

Today we deliver to 50+ countries through 50+ official shipping channels and handle more than 800,000 CBM a year for 10,000+ active clients — 30,000+ businesses served to date, with a client repeat rate above 85%. Our service stack covers the full cross-border journey: ecommerce fulfillment and cloud warehousing; Amazon FBA prep and first-leg delivery; small-parcel dropshipping; country-specific direct shipping lines; door-to-door sea and air freight DDP with duty pre-paid and VAT/IOSS handled; hybrid sea-air combinations for peak season; and dedicated channels for special cargo such as batteries, oversized furniture and project equipment.

What sets us apart is execution and accountability. Orders placed before our 16:00 China cutoff are picked, packed and handed to carriers the same day, with tracking live the same day and a mis-pick and mis-ship rate under 0.01%, measured per order line. A team of 100+ staff — around 70% of them in customs clearance, solution design and after-sales follow-up — means every shipment is owned end to end by one English-speaking account manager, backed by a 2-hour response and 24-hour resolution promise on any exception. There is no minimum order quantity, and we reply to every inquiry within 24 hours.
