Automatic Tray Denesting Machine

The automatic tray denesting unit separates empty trays from a stacked supply and feeds them individually onto the conveyor for filling. The tray feeding mechanism can be adjusted to suit different tray dimensions and formats. It works in sequence with the weighing and filling section, reducing manual tray handling and maintaining a continuous supply of empty trays to the packaging line.

Multihead Combination Weigher for Fresh-Cut Fruit

The multihead combination weigher distributes fresh-cut fruit across multiple weighing hoppers and calculates suitable hopper combinations to achieve the target pack weight. For diced and chunked fruit, the feeding and discharge arrangement should be selected according to fruit size, moisture content and handling characteristics to support consistent weighing and controlled product transfer.

Configured for a target pack weight of 500 g ±5 g, the weighing system is intended for portioning fresh-cut fruit into individual trays. Actual weighing performance should be verified through testing with the intended fruit varieties and operating conditions.

The automatic tray filling section transfers weighed portions of fresh-cut fruit into positioned trays before the lid-locking stage. The filling arrangement is selected according to the fruit cut size, tray opening and target fill weight to help control product discharge and reduce spillage during filling.
