Overview

China-Beverage's RXGF series filling machines are designed especially for bottling synthetic juices (RTS) or HOT filled juices, tea (filled at up to 98 centigrade degrees), with optional capacity ranging from 1000BPH to 32000BPH, it adopts the pressure & rotative filling style.

Main feature

This machine is integrated with rinsing filling and capping three in one machine. It takes bottle handling technology, which makes changing different size bottle more easily.
It can do the bottles from size 200ml to 2000ml. And little spares are need when changing bottles. We suggest users to take same specification bottles, especially the same bottle neck.
Our monobloc uses high quality stainless steel 304, which makes sure the quality of the products.
Advanced programmable PLC is equipped to control the main machine. Working speed can be adjusted by frequency conversion device.
And capping power can be adjusted. We equip the machine with "No-bottle, No-Cap" system. If there is no bottle, the caps feeding will be stopped.

1) Can your factory provide the whole plant from A to Z?
A: Yes, we can provide the complete plant, from bottling making plant, water purification plant, to filling packing plant.

4) What certificates you can provide?
A: Our factory provide the CE, SGS, ISO, and accroding to some countries, we also can provide the Pvoc, Coc, Soncap...ect

5) Can your factory make the bottle drawing, workshop layout, and labels for us?
A: We can help customers design their own bottle shape, workshop layout and label drawings, these jobs are free charge.
(Workshop need customer to provide the size of factory)

6) Installation and Training Time
A: We have professional engineer for oversea installaion and training, they can speak English, and have much experience oversea work.
