Zhangjiagang Langbo Machinery provides a complete PVC/UPVC pipe
production line capable of manufacturing pipes with diameters

Production Process
PVC powder + additives → Mixing → Material feeder → Twin-screw
extruder → Mould and calibrator → Vacuum and cooling tank →
Spraying cooling machine → Haul-off machine → Cutting machine →
Discharge rack or pipe belling machine.

Mixer
Features a specially designed structure that reduces raw material

Twin-Screw Extruder

Vacuum Calibration & Cooling
The vacuum calibration tank features a two-chamber structure
integrating vacuum calibration and cooling functions. Both vacuum
tank and spraying cooling tank are constructed from 304 stainless
steel. High-performance vacuum system ensures precise pipe sizing.
Haul-Off Unit
Equipped with three crawler tracks for stable and steady movement
of produced pipes. Adjustable general control allows customization
to meet specific production requirements with flexible hauling
modes.
Cutting Unit
Features high-precision encoder for accurate and stable cutting
lengths. PLC-controlled system supports manual operation for
cutting according to specific application needs.
