Lemon juice containing pulp and suspended solids enters the rotating bowl through the feeding system.
Under centrifugal force, pulp particles and fibers move toward the bowl wall and form a concentrated solids layer.
Separated juice remains in the liquid zone and flows toward the clarified liquid discharge area.
The scroll continuously transports concentrated lemon pulp toward the discharge end.
Clarified juice and dewatered pulp are discharged separately for further processing.
