BK Roots Blower is a kind of product designed and manufactured according to the national standards and by the techniques introduced from American TUTHILL Co. This type blower is featured with simple structure and high cubage efficiency.
BKD series is a dual stage roots blower, which has two BKWblowers in series, can achieve higher pressure comparing with single one, also there is a middle cooling system between the first and the second stage, it ensures the standard temperature of the airflow to the second blower.

Working Principle

Roots blower is a cubage blower, and it discharges a fixed amount of air in proportion to its rotation speed. Every rotation, there is two lobes to finish three times absorbing and dischargeing air. Compared with two lobes blower, it is of less air pulses, smaller load change, higher strength, lower noise and vibration.

Two paraller shafts have three lobes each, all the lobes keep small clearance with each other and housing inside. Every lobes rotatiomn, a certain air will be absorbed at inlet and transfeered form the housing inside surface to blower's diacharge port.

Two shafts will be turned by the timing gears, no any touching between lobes, so it can be turned at high speed without any lubrication inside. It has the following chaaracteristics: simply configuration; running smoothly;good performance stabilization. It has been widely applied in various industries.

B-Tohin has made great investment in introducing CNC, full-automatic digital control lathes, CMM and other advanced equipment to ensure good quality. A complete set of advanced horizontal OKUMA CNC was introduced specially for the fine finish machining of blower cylinders and end-covers; a NC machine was imported for the processing of blower parts; a Taiwan Dahlih-made CNC was equipped for machining the parts of middle and large size blowers; and several back-forth curve machining planers were introduced for solving the problem of shapers’ precision problem. This kind of planer ranks among the advanced level in China which is specially designed for curve machining of blower rotors. In the beginning of 2015, we cooperated with Testing Laboratory of Shenyang Blower Research Institute (Quality Supervision & Inspection Center for Blowers of China Machinery Industry), and a whole set of blower performance test system was designed for us according to the Roots Blower Industry Standard by the Laboratory.

Passed the certification of ISO9001 & ISO 14001:2400, the company has been nominated as “High & New-tech Enterprises of Jiangsu Province” and “Pneumatic Technology Research Center of Jiangsu Province”.
