1) Intelligent Detection and Reject System
The machine automatically detects and rejects defective bottles containing over-counted or under-counted items, overlapping tablets, and products with a damage rate exceeding 20%, ensuring a high qualification rate of finished products.

2) Three-Stage Vibration Feeding with Dust Removal
Equipped with a three-level stepped vibration track, materials are gradually separated layer by layer, effectively preventing product overlapping. A built-in three-stage dust extraction system ensures that products are clean and dust-free before filling.

3) Vision-Assisted Illumination Technology
The industrial camera features automatic auxiliary lighting, and the lens is positioned approximately 300 mm away from the product discharge area, completely eliminating counting errors caused by dust interference that commonly affects traditional electronic counting machines.
