Working Principle
This high-level palletizing system integrates climbing conveyors,
slow-stop shaping machines, direction changing machines, grouping
machines, bag pushers, layer machines, elevators, pallet
warehouses, pallet conveyors, palletizing conveyors, elevated
platforms, and advanced control systems. The system ensures
superior stack quality with neat, secure stacking that prevents
loosening. Upper and lower conveyors press and shape packages into
regular rectangular forms. The control system utilizes SIEM (SIEM)
programmable controllers, inverters, photoelectric switches, and
magnetic switches to coordinate transportation, grouping, and
stacking operations.

demolition board operations, stacking into the main room, network
conveyor arrangement, sub-tank device organization, and complete
column formation according to required empty canned body sizes. The
lifting mechanism completes layered tank actions, with finished
stacks sent to automatic winding film machines for secure storage
and delivery. The complete workflow includes automatic demolition
board, board lifting, automatic sub-tank, code tank, automatic
drop, stacking, and automatic winding film operations, replacing
manual coding methods to save manpower and significantly improve
production efficiency.
