Product Overview

Transform any wall into a seamless acoustic surface without messy adhesives using our interlocking dry-install polyester panel system. Each panel features a precision-machined tongue-and-groove or keyhole slot profile along its edges, allowing adjacent pieces to lock together securely. The result is a monolithic-looking acoustic wall that can be disassembled and reconfigured at any time. The panels can be cut on site with standard woodworking tools to fit outlets, corners, and sloped ceilings, while still engaging with the locking mechanism on uncut edges. They provide an NRC of up to 0.95 and are made from high-density recycled PET, free from VOCs and chemical binders. This system is ideal for spaces that require future flexibility, such as leased offices or exhibition venues. Installation is fast, clean, and requires no drying time.

How It Works

The tongue-and-groove joints increase the contact area between panels, minimizing sound leakage through seams. The PET core absorbs sound as usual, with the joint acting as a diffractive break rather than a reflective gap. The mechanical lock holds panels flat over large areas without relying on wall adhesion, ensuring consistent absorption across the entire wall.
