Application Scope:
This machine is applicable for the assembly work of the wheelset wheel and brake disc of different types of EMU, urban rail transit (Subway,Light rail), coaches with 2~4 brake discs, normal wagons, all types of locomotive and EU trains.

Main features:

• Table structure, double cylinders with a rotary table, ensure that brake disc can automatically tighten / loosen the bolts in accordance with the preset angle in the assembly process, greatly reducing labor intensity and improving process efficiency.
• Equipped with brake disc locking mechanism to prevent brake disc run out during assembly, ensuring the assembly pass rate.
• Computer operation system is easy to learn, achieving the convenience and visualization of operation.
• System software has multiple functions, including parameter setting, data management, calibration, query, etc.
