1.1 ET-WZDY-30-50 MicroStation Power Supply Overview

ET-WZDY-30-50 MicroStation power supply is a 3000W MicroStation power system developed by our company for 5G base station. The power supply system can not only convert AC220V / DC48V efficiently, but also operate normally for 2-5 hours under the condition of mains power failure and various installation methods.

ET-WZDY-30-50 The power supply of MicroStation is composed of 3000W DC48V embedded switching power supply, DC48V50AH lithium iron phosphate battery and power distribution unit.

1.2 Application

ET-WZDY-30-50 Micro station power supply is suitable for small program-controlled switch, access network, transmission equipment, mobile communication, satellite communication ground station, microwave communication power supply, and can also be used for other communication equipment power supply.

1.3 Basic working principle

Under normal conditions, the utility power supply passes through the lightning arrester, then through the air switch control, and finally enters the embedded switching power supply. After rectification by two 30A rectifier modules, it is DC48V , then supply power to equipment and charge iron lithium battery for DC48V.

In case of power failure, the iron lithium battery supplies power to the equipment after rectification.

3. 60A working principle

Under normal conditions, various parameters of rectifier module and power distribution unit are controlled by the monitoring module and work according to the preset parameters or user commands.In case of mains power failure, the system will be powered by the battery. With the discharge of the battery, the battery terminal voltage begins to drop. When the battery voltage is lower than 46v upper computer (can be set) battery low-voltage alarm point, the monitoring module reports the alarm signal and directly closes the load output, and the whole machine does not work. When the external mains power supply is restored, the system will return to normal working state (the above monitoring data is the default value of the system, which can be reset by the user). Working environment temperature ≥ 55 ℃, power system will need to reduce power output.
