Working Principle:
Rotate cauldron clockwise,and spray syrup and mixed additives in turn onto the raw tablets inner cauldron,so as to let the syrup mixture coating on tablets evenly,and let also the coated tablets rolling in the cauldron for drying off moisture inner coating by the inlet thermal air flow, which is adjustable,to yield out qualified icing tablets.
This machine offers best material flow curve inner cauldron via reasonable shape and stable linear speed,so as to meet technical requirements for icing coating.
These machines sugarcoat the tablets and pills for pharmaceutical and food industries. It is also used for rolling and heating beans and edible nuts or seeds. As its feature, the sugarcoating round pot is elevated with a elevation 30° to the horizontal, the heater such as gas or electrical heater can placed directly under the pot. A separated blower with electric heater is provided with the machine. The pipe of the blower stretches into the pot for heating or cooling purpose. The thermal capacity can be selected in two levels.
