Product features

Trapezoidal self-cleaning seams, not easy to block, easy to backwash, resistance to acid and alkali corrosion, long service life. Principle of filtration

Annular gaps formed by stainless steel wire spiral welding with isosceles triangle section retain the sand. The vertex of the winding triangle faces the inside, and formed a trapezoidal cross-section opening gap, in this way, retaining the sand from blocking the flow channel, as a result, the screen has a great sand control effect and long service life. Conventional wells are generally completed with wound wire screen gravel packing. The sand control mechanism of the wire-wrapped screen is to block the filling gravel with the screen slits, and the pores formed by the gravel block the smaller formation sand.

Application

Wire-wound screen is composed of a perforated base pipe, sleeve and end ring. Screen sleeve is formed by spiral welding of triangular wire and rib.Due to the high strength and precise gap control, JEONSURE wire-wound screen is the best choice for conventional well sand control.
