Close the loop on your acoustic design with our fully recyclable and reusable polyester panels, supported by a take-back and refresh program. The PET fiber panels are 100% recyclable at end-of-life and can be returned to our facility to be processed into new panels. Before that, however, their service life can be extended significantly: the surface can be lightly sanded or needle-punched to refresh a tired texture, and off-cuts can be re-assembled into patchwork wall art or smaller absorption tiles using simple adhesives or mechanical fasteners. The acoustic performance (NRC up to 0.95) does not degrade over time because the fiber structure remains stable. This approach minimizes waste, supports zero-to-landfill project goals, and appeals to environmentally conscious clients. The panels are non-toxic, contain no thermoset binders (which prevent recycling), and come with an environmental product declaration (EPD) on request.

Interior renovations often send old acoustic panels to landfill because they are difficult to recycle or refresh. Our solution tackles this waste stream by offering a material that can be refreshed on-site, reused in new configurations, and ultimately recycled into new products, solving the acoustic industry's end-of-life problem.

The thermoplastic nature of PET allows it to be reshaped or re-bonded with heat. Mechanical refreshing (sanding, needling) opens up any surface fibers compacted by impact, restoring its original porosity. The acoustic absorption mechanism remains unchanged: air friction within the fibrous matrix dissipates sound energy, a physical property retained even in reclaimed material.
