The hydraulic pile hammer leverages high-frequency vibration generated by a hydraulic motor (powered by the excavator’s hydraulic system). It transmits vertical vibration energy to the pile body, causing surrounding soil to liquefy and reduce frictional resistance . The pile is sunk into the ground using the excavator’s downward force, the hammer’s own weight, and the pile’s weight. For pile extraction, the excavator’s lifting force combined with continuous vibration enables smooth removal.

The hammer’s vibration is generated by two eccentric axes rotating at high speed in opposite directions . Horizontal forces from the eccentric axes cancel each other out, while vertical forces superimpose to create pure vertical high-frequency vibration—ensuring efficient energy transfer and minimal ground disturbance.
