Brief Introduction:

The iqualitrol iPol-2DE features dual workstations, dual drive variable frequency speed control, and independent operation of dual discs, allowing the grinding and polishing discs to have an infinitely adjustable speed between 50-1200rpm.

By replacing metallographic sandpaper and polishing fabric, separate grinding and polishing operations can be performed, showcasing a broader range of applications.

The iPol-2DE has characteristics such as smooth transmission, safety and reliability, compact structure, and low noise, and is equipped with water cooling device to cool the samples during grinding to prevent damage to the metallographic structure due to overheating.

It is suitable for rough grinding, fine grinding, rough polishing to fine polishing of metallographic samples, making it an ideal sample preparation device for enterprises, research institutions, and university laboratories.
