Brief Introduction:

The iqualitrol Q-100Z automatic cutting machine is controlled by PLC and touch screen controller, offering very high reliability and powerful control capabilities.

Q-100Z can not only cut circular workpieces with a diameter of up to 100mm but also cut rectangular samples with a height of up to 100mm and a width of up to 300mm.

The entire machine adopts a fully enclosed structure, and the safety protective cover of the cutting chamber is equipped with a transparent observation window, allowing users to observe the entire cutting process of the sample.

Equipped with LED lighting system to provide effective illumination of the entire cutting chamber; additionally, it has a circulating cooling system to ensure that the surface of the cut sample is bright, smooth, and free of burns.

Q-100Z is suitable for cutting samples of various metal and non-metal materials for metallographic and petrographic observation.
