Noodle slitter is a pair of toothed rollers that rotate at the same speed and mesh with each other, and cut the dough sheet into noodles. Dongfang brand noodle slitter adopts CNC lathe to cut at fixed speed to ensure the smoothness of both sides of the cutter groove.

Instant noodles introduction:

Instant noodles are made by steaming and frying the cut noodles to fix the shape of noodles (usually square or round). Ready-to-eat instant food that can be eaten within (usually within 3 minutes).
