IEC Wire And Cable High - Voltage Tester , Voltage Automatic Step - Up

The ZL-1003 wire and cable high-voltage tester is designed to test insulation between line cores or between line cores and jackets. It applies voltage to test pieces, gradually increasing to required voltage and current values to verify specimen voltage withstand capability. The high-voltage section utilizes epoxy-cast dry-type transformers and voltage regulators, offering distinct advantages over traditional oil-immersed transformers in size and weight.

This tester performs power frequency voltage withstand tests on wires and cables. Due to significant capacitance between conductors at higher frequencies, substantial capacitive current requires larger capacity transformers. Longer cables with greater capacitance demand increased transformer capacity.

The maximum test voltage of 5kV can handle capacitive currents up to 5A, with capacity reaching 25kVA.
